Oh yes, the festive season is upon us once again. It comes around so quick doesn't it? The 11th December saw the Beckford-Jones house begin preparing for Christmas.
We began by going to Macclesfield forest to get a tree. Now I do appreciate that it's a forest, but I'm still surprised by just how many trees there were. We were spoilt for choice.
In the end, we plumped for a pine and were very pleased to find a suitably petite, well formed tree. 13 quid and a short Mini adventure later, the tree was in position. Preparations then continued by dressing the house and with making of mince pies and mulled wine.
These were swiftly consumed when our guests arrived, leaving us needed to decide what to do next. And what better way to celebrate the coming of Christmas than with a game of Jungle Speed?
Lets just say that it wasn't really Kevin's game. Not after all that wine, anyway.
